James has been involved in the tow bar industry for over 18 years. Starting as a trainee technician with PCT Automotive he went on to become the UK Technical & Operations Director for Erich Jaeger, a global leading wiring harness manufacturer & supplier. James is very well known for his expertise and in-depth technical knowledge throughout the tow bar industry. Holding an Honors Degree in Business Management specialising in business strategy and a fellow member of the Institute Of The Motor Industry (IMI) James is the technical expert at Ultimate Towbars.

Ade has a wealth of experience working in technical and customer care industries.

A BA (Hons) graduate of Sheffield Hallam University he also holds professional technical qualifications in computer fault diagnostics and network resolution.

During the past few years he’s been working within the tow bar industry heavily involved in both the senior administrative and technical side of the business.

Devon joined Ultimate Towbars in 2022 to further develop the business and to act as the primary contact for customers. A law graduate with a wealth of expertise working in customer relations and accounts management. Currently studying for an honors degree in Business Management Devon is the go-to person for those seeking to have a towbar fitted to their vehicle. She is also the primary contact for companies wanting fleet tow bar installations.
